International Orders

Sorry, we are unable to accept international orders.

Sales tax is charged based on the shipping address where the merchandise is actually delivered. Sales tax is charged in following states:

• Maryland

You can purchase a maximum of five items of a particular product or shade. We regret that we must limit your maximum purchase to $1000.00 per customer (not including shipping fees and sales tax).

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Please include your order number with all inquiries.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your AnnaSui Beauty Online purchase, you can return it to:

Returns should be sent by Secure Mail for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Please include your purchase receipt and order confirmation number. Return shipping fees are not refundable.

If your package was damaged in shipment, save the box and notify us immediately at 1.800.826.3186 or annasuibeauty@usafill.com (e-mail is usually answered within 48 hours).

Returns for exchanges must be preapproved. No exchanges without a copy of the purchase receipt and order confirmation number.  Exchanges will only be made after the first order is received. Shipping fees are not refundable.
